Bookings at our setting are made on a first come first served basis; fairly and without prejudice.

If you would like your child to attend Ledston Childcare please complete an 'Application Form' and return it to us. I will then confirm whether a place is available and arrange a registration and contract to be completed; please note that there is a £5.00 administration charge for this process. On receipt of a completed contract a charge of four weeks childcare fees will be held as a non-refundable deposit, however, this deposit will be deducted from your final months invoice*. We undertake annual registration and subsequent necessary updates at no additional charge.

The setting is generally open Monday to Thursday 8:00am till 5:30pm and I provide an all inclusive level of childcare for a fixed daily rate of £40.00. This fee covers all food, drink, nappies (where applicable), wipes, arts & crafts materials and any costs for day trips out etc. I can offer care outside of our general opening hours with prior arrangement and an additional charge would apply at £4.50 per half-hour or part thereof. An annual review of my charges takes place in April.

For those parents who are on fixed contracts or work ‘term-time’ only I am happy to retain a place during ‘non-term time’ for future use. The charge levied for this service is 50% of the normal day rate and is neither non-refundable nor a credit for future childcare service.

All childcare fees are payable monthly in advance by cash or BACS transfer. If you prefer to pay weekly I am happy to accept this as an alternative. Childcare vouchers are also accepted as a means of payment.

Full fees will be charged in any event if a place has been booked and there is no attendance. If a place has been booked and I am unable to provide childcare through illness etc. then there is no charge for that day/s. Please be assured that I take my work very seriously and I am aware that parents rely upon my service which is both consistent and highly dependable.

Please note that I take four weeks paid holiday per year plus bank holidays (bank holidays are charged at full fee rate). My annual entitlement is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
