Complaints & Concerns


I am confident that you will be happy with the childcare service I provide; however, I appreciate that there may be times when parents / carers consider I am not offering the service that you or your child (ren) require.

For this purpose I have a complaints and concerns procedure which I share with all parents / carers. I provide the necessary contact information and details for OFSTED to all parents / carers. Should the need arise I record all complaints received from parents / carers and their subsequent outcome.

All records of written complaints will be shared with OFSTED.
