Risk Assessments

I keep detailed records of all risk assessments clearly stating when it was carried out, the date of review and any action taken following a review of an incident.

Risk assessments have been undertaken for all areas of the registered setting including the Living, Sleeping & Play Areas.

Assessments have also been undertaken for each specific outing I have done with the children including Public Transport, Walking and via my own motorcar.
